Requires an LP360 Geospatial Basic or higher, an LP360 Drone, or LP360 Land Standard license.
Merge LAS Layers in the right-click menu (RCM) of the Table of Contents (TOC) allows users to merge selected layers onto an existing layer or a newly created layer. The target layer can be one of the selected layers. This is not a copy operation.

Merged LAS Layer allows user to move selected LAS files to a newly created layer or onto an existing layer.
Merged LAS Layer Permission sets the permissions for the files on the Merged LAS Layer. If other LAS files exist on the Layer prior to merging, all permissions will be set to the selected permissions.
Note: LAS Version, PDRF and GPS Time must be the same for layers to merge, otherwise an error message will appear.
How to Use the Merge LAS Layers Command
- In the Table of Contents, select the LAS Layer(s) to be merged.
- Right-click over one of the selected layers and select Merge LAS Layers...

- This opens the Merge LAS Layers dialog. Select the Merged LAS Layer for the las layers and set permissions for the files on the destination layer.

Note: No files are physically moved when using this command, they remain in their original directory location.
