Requires an LP360 Online account and available in all license levels of LP360.

The Sample Data tool can be found on the Viewer Tab of the ribbon and is a restricted version of the Download from Cloud tool found on the Cloud Tab of the ribbon which allows all users access to the LP360 Sample Data.

This tool allows users to retrieve free sample data files from LP360 Cloud to help users get started with LP360. This download tool is more efficient and easier to monitor the status using the Job Manager than downloading directly in a browser.

How to Download and Use Sample Data

1. Select the folder or folders you wish to download from, and the available files within the selected folder(s) will be displayed.
2. Select the file(s) you wish to download and click the "Download" button at the bottom of the window.

3. After selecting "Download", a second window will open to specify the target folder location where you want the selected file(s) to be downloaded.
4. Use the series of dropdown lists to navigate to the desired location and select "OK". You can also create a new folder here if you wish to create a separate download location.

5. A transfer job (XFR) will be created in the Job Manager , where the progression and status of the download can be monitored.
6. Use the Add Files tool to add the downloaded sample data to LP360.
