About the SHP Layer

LP360 displays shapefiles as an added layer to supplement the LIDAR and raster layers. The Add Files command on the Project Tab of the ribbon opens the Add Files dialog that you can use to find and open your shapefiles. The shapefiles help you visualize polygons contained in shapefiles in conjunction with your LIDAR Layer.

Once the shapefile is opened, it is listed in the TOC as a layer, and the contents of the file(s) is displayed in the map.
