About Toggling a Feature Layer

If a feature layer in the Feature Layers Property Page is toggled on, it will be drawn in the profile, 3D and/or Immersive viewer if its features overlap the extent of the viewer. Otherwise, the layer will be skipped and not drawn in the viewers. A 3D feature layer is toggled on by default when added to the map.
