Defining Projections for LAS Files
About Defining Projections
Projection information is stored within an LAS file's variable length records (VLR). Projection information is quite useful and serves as a form of metadata and documentation of the data source. However, many LAS files do not have projection information associated within the file. This tool can be used to define or assign a projection for one or more LAS files. How to Define a Projection for LAS Files
