About the Default Eye Position

The default eye position is the location of the observer in azimuth or bearing direction and altitude above the horizon. This is the location of the eye or observer each time the window is reset or initialized.

How to Modify the Default Eye Position

1. Click on the Display Properties... command to open the 3D Window Properties and click the 3D View tab.

2. Input an eye position above the horizon between 0 and 90 degrees.

3. Input an eye position with an azimuth direction between 0 to 360 degrees.
