When using the classification tools on the Classify toolbar, classified points normally must pass both the Source/ Selection Filter and a display filter. You can choose to use only the Source/ Selection Filter for classifying points by using the Classify Non-Visible Points command. Keep in mind that using this command will allow you to classify unseen points.

How to Classify Non-Visible Points

On the Classification tab of the ribbon or the classify section of the profile toolbar, click the Classify Non-Visible Points command.
