Target Photo Layer
Allows the user to import the True Pose® Photos to a newly created layer or onto an existing layer.
Input Photo Epochs
Default Epoch assigns each photo the known epoch for the datum of the CRS for each True Pose® Photo.
To Override, use the decimal year of the Cycle Date for coordinate reference systems using variable ellipsoid and variable epoch, such as the WGS84 datum, otherwise select enter the applicable epoch for the datum of your coordinate reference system.
For example, NAD83(2011) has a fixed ellipsoid and variable epoch date of 2010.0.
Assign True Pose Tags
This tool allows True Pose® Photos to be created from any georeferenced photos by Assigning True Pose Tags.
How to add True Pose® Photos
- To add photos, use the Add Photo Files or Add folder to use Windows Explorer to browse for and select the files or folder to be added. The selected files will then load into the Add Files dialog.
- If the photos are not True Pose® Photos but contain EXIF tags or you have the EO file with the minimum necessary information for each photo, the Assign True Pose Tags tool can be utilized to create True Pose® Photos for them.
- Select the Target Photo Layer by choosing a new layer and giving it a name or by selecting an Existing Photo Layer from the project, if one exists.
- Use the Default Epoch.
- Select OK to start adding the True Pose® Photos.
