Removing Files in the Add LAS Files Dialog Box

The Remove button on the Add LAS Files dialog box removes the LAS files listed in the file preview window before they are added to a layer. Files that you want to remove must be selected. The removed files will not be included in the layer displayed in the map when the Add LAS Files command is executed. They are not deleted; they are simply removed from the queue to create or add to a layer.

This command only works when files have been selected for adding to the layer and are displayed in the preview window.

How to Remove Files from the Add LAS Files Dialog Box

1. On the Add LAS Files dialog box, select the files that you want to remove from the layer in the preview windows. Hold shift to select multiple files.

2. Click Remove. The files are removed without confirmation, so be sure that you have selected the files that you do not want to be included in the layer.
