About Copying to the Clipboard

The contents of the profile window can be copied to the clipboard in the form of a bitmap. This allows the profile to be pasted into other applications such as Microsoft Word, or into a layout within ArcMap™.

How to Copy to the Clipboard

Copy Command

1. Select the Copy to Clipboard command or use the standard copy accelerator "Ctrl+C" to put the profile window on the clipboard.

2. Within the destination application, click the "Paste" button or use "Ctrl+V" to paste the bitmap into the application as an image object.
