📌 Problem
You may occasionally see a Windows notification titled Crash Report Delivery Module indicating that LP360 for Windows 64‑bit has generated one or more error reports.
This notification appears when LP360 detects that a crash or unexpected error occurred and a crash dump was saved locally on your system. These reports are used by GeoCue Support to investigate software stability issues.
🧠What the Notification Means
The notification message typically reads:
Some errors occurred in LP360 for Windows 64 bit recently. Click here to send error reports now.
This means:
- LP360 encountered an unexpected condition or crash.
- One or more crash dump files were successfully generated.
- The reports have not yet been submitted to GeoCue Support.
Seeing this notification does not necessarily mean LP360 is currently unstable—only that a crash occurred at some point.
🔍What Happens When You Submit the Report
When you click the notification and submit the error report:
- The crash dump and related diagnostic files are sent to GeoCue.
- A support ticket is automatically created on your behalf.
- Any comments you provide (such as what you were doing at the time of the crash) are included with the ticket.
Submitting crash reports ensures the issue is properly tracked and reviewed by GeoCue Support and Engineering.
✅What You Should Do
GeoCue strongly recommends submitting the error report when this notification appears.
Select the notification to open the Error Report Details dialog and submit the report. Providing additional context about what you were doing when the crash occurred is recommended.
