When processing the typical TrueView workflow after an update. A rare occurrence during the TV Trajectories step may spawn the below error message:
Probable Resolution #1
Verify that no firewall or anti-virus software is interfering with LP360 sub-processes with our Anti-virus exceptions article.
Probable Resolution #2
Update to the latest version of LP360, found at portal.LP360.com, or repair your installation by running the installer and selecting “Repair”
Probable Resolution #3
There may be an issue with the command prompt in either your windows environmental variables or where LP360 is looking for the executable.
Press “Windows Key + R” and type cmd, this should bring up a command prompt dialog.
If no issues, navigate to “%CommonProgramFiles%\LP360\EXIFTool.exe” and verify the EXIFTool.exe is present and able to run.
Provided these options both perform optimally, LP360 may be loading the wrong DLL for LP360. Copy the “%ProgramFiles%\LP360\LP360 64-bit\bin\LP360.exe” to the “%CommonProgramFiles%\LP360” directory and run the LP360.exe from there. Additionally, you can update the start menu shortcut to the new path as well.
