Suppressing Point Breaklines

Users can now suppress point breakline features (ex. mass point, point constraints) when in smooth contour mode. It is located in the Contour Smoothing section of the Contour Properties page of the Layer Properties and Export Wizard dialogs. This feature can be particularly useful when there is very little point data left in an area after cleaning out unwanted points (such as heavily vegetated areas). Contours can become broken due to "rogue" breakline points in the contour smoothing band pulling tin triangles in its direction. That is, any Breakline (constraint) point with a Z within the contour smoothing band (see Smoothing Distance) is "smoothed" out.
