About Annotation Visibility

If turned on, index contours will be annotated or labeled with the elevation they represent. Annotation is useful for quick identification of a contour's elevation and thus trends in the terrain.

How to Toggle Annotation Visibility

Show Annotation Checkbox

1. Open the Contour Property Page by selecting the Properties button on the LP360 toolbar, then click the Symbology tab, the Contours tab, and the Annotation tab. This is the order of the nested tabs.

2. Click the "Show Annotation" checkbox to toggle the visibility of annotation.
