Relative Zoom Command

When turned on or pressed, the map will zoom in or out at the same rate as the profile is zoomed in the profile window. The scale of the map is modified in such a way as to keep the profile the same size on the screen and also to prevent the profile from falling partially outside the extent of the map when zooming out.

How to Turn Relative Zoom On and Off

1. Click the Relative Zoom command on the Viewer Integration toolbar (ArcGIS) to toggle the state.

2. If pressed, the map scale will change as the profile is zoomed, otherwise the map scale is unaffected when the profile is zoomed.
