🔍 Root Cause
The “No licenses available” message indicates that LP360 was unable to check out a license at the selected license level. This message does not identify the root cause by itself.
Licenses may be unavailable for several reasons, including:
- The license is already in use or roamed on another machine.
- The incorrect license type is selected (Subscription vs Perpetual).
- You are not signed in or not assigned to a license pool.
- Network restrictions are preventing license validation.
Before continuing:
Follow the LP360 Licensing Troubleshooting – Unable to Get a License
🧠Common quick checks
- Open LP360 → File → License Manager and confirm the correct license type is selected.
- Verify that the desired license level appears in the Available Licenses dropdown and is checked out.
- If the license shows as in use in the License Manager -> Licenses tab, confirm LP360 is not running on another machine or session.
