The Perpetual Client Portal allows users of LP360 to manage and monitor their perpetual licenses. Users may check the status of their server, review perpetual license usage, and download a report of the perpetual license usage for the day. For subscription licenses, please refer to the LP360 Portal – Subscription License Management.

Server Status
- Have your License Administrator log into the Perpetual Client Portal, https://cloud.reprisesoftware.com/portal/login/geocue.
- On the RLM Cloud tab, view your server status to the right of each server. If the server is "DOWN", select the vertical ellipsis on the right to click "Restart Server", and when it says "UP", try accessing your licenses again from LP360. If the status doesn't change, Contact Support. If the server is already "UP", click on carat to expand the view to verify available licenses.
License Usage
- Have your License Administrator log into the Perpetual Client Portal, https://cloud.reprisesoftware.com/portal/login/geocue.
- On the RLM Cloud tab, click on the icon in the Usage column.
- Then, click the carat beside the license pool with "m/n Checkouts" to expand the dropdown and view the current usage information. The user(s) and host(s) will be listed, along with the date/time of checkout and roam return information, if applicable.
License Report
Users may view or download the license debug report to see the license usage activity since the last server restart. Note that server's automatically restart every day at midnight. We do not yet have a tool to assist users with parsing these logs into a more useful format of the information.

- On the Logs & Reports tab, click on the View or Download buttons under the Debug Log column.
