Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) is a customizable command bar that provides fast access to frequently used tools and functions. The QAT enhances productivity by reducing the number of clicks needed to perform common tasks. The QAT is a small toolbar located above or below the ribbon that allows users to pin frequently used commands for easy access.

Customization Options

• Add Commands: Select any command from the available list on the left and select “Add” to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar.
• More Commands: Go to “Customize Quick Access Toolbar” > “More Commands” to add items not directly available on the ribbon.
• Reorder or Remove: Select a command in the QAT on the right and select "Remove" to remove it. Reorder by removing and adding commands in the desired order.
• Move Toolbar: Choose to display it above or below the ribbon for convenience.

Tips for Effective Use

• Pin your most-used tools to reduce navigation time.
• Use the Viewer ribbon in LP360 for a cleaner interface when full functionality isn't needed.
• Regularly review and update your QAT to reflect your current workflow.
