Compatible, activated Metashape not found

📌 Problem

Attempting to run Agisoft Ortho Mapping results in a failed job with the error, "Compatible, activated Metashape not found".

🔍 Root Cause

The "Compatible, activated Metashape not found" error message in the log indicates that you have no licensed version of Metashape on the machine on which you're attempting to run the Agisoft Ortho Mapping tool or Metashape failed to get a license in the case of floating Metashape licenses from a network server.

The Agisoft Ortho Mapping tool requires a Photogrammetry with Agisoft addon license for LP360 Drone and a separately activated Agisoft Metashape Professional license.

✅ Probable Resolutions

1. Activate the companion Agisoft Ortho Mapping Console License

To activate your Agisoft Ortho Mapping Console license for local processing, follow these steps:

1. Locate your activation key in the LP360 Portal -> Admin -> Organization section.
2. Install and license LP360 Drone.
3. Open LP360 Drone and navigate to the Project Settings dialog.
4. In the Agisoft Ortho Mapping section, check the activation status and enter your console key to activate the license. 

Note: It is necessary to deactivate the license before re-installing/installing a new OS or changing hardware components. In addition, the license should be deactivated in order to be transferred to another computer.
