Problem:

While trying to process TrueView GO 116S or 132S data in LP360, you may encounter an error while importing the data:

Error occurred in CopyDirectoryWithProgress():
create_directories: The filename or extension is too long.: "..."

The error is related to missing files in the raw data folder. The issue will be related to using Windows copy for transferring data from the TVGO sensor to your PC.

Probable Resolution #1:

Use a protected data copy tool, like TeraCopy or Robocopy, to transfer the data from the TVGO to the PC.

Probable Resolution #2:

Try again to copy the data from the TVGO to the PC with Windows copy but remember that the copy is not protected, and some files may be missing. If this happens, try again or use TeraCopy or Robocopy.
