New: Support for Drone Lidar and Imagery sensors:
Version 2024.2 of LP360 adds support for multiple new TrueView LiDAR payloads, including the TrueView 515, TrueView 540, the EasyOneLiDAR NDAA, and introduces a generalized photogrammetric workflow. Additionally, data processing capabilities have been added to support a generalized photogrammetric workflow to import photos from any sensor to be able to run Ortho Mapping or Agisoft Ortho Mapping.
NEW: Improved support for DJI Zenmuse L1 and L2 workflows
LP360 v2024.2 streamlines DJI Zenmuse L1/L2 LiDAR data processing through improved workflows, direct raw data support, enhanced import options, and a dedicated DJI workflow tab for simplified multi-cycle batch processing. With LP360, you can also skip Terra and process raw L1/L2 LiDAR data directly through the LP360 Add-on DJI L1/L2 Cloud batch processing. New: Support for the all New TrueView GO Handheld Mapping Solutions:
Version 2024.2 of LP360 introduces support for the new TrueView GO handheld LiDAR scanners and incorporates new LP360 Land licenses, providing streamlined cycle import and processing for handheld mapping workflows. New: LP360 Land Registration Tools:
LP360 2024.2 introduces new registration tools for LP360 Land, enabling both manual and automatic coarse and fine corrections of point clouds using control points or other point clouds, enhancing overall data alignment and accuracy. Registration Tools include:
- LAS to Control Manual Registration
- LAS to LAS Manual Registration
- LAS to LAS Auto Registration
All Require LP360 Land Standard, LP360 Drone+BIT, or Geospatial Advanced license.
New: Support for Mobile Mapping Solutions
In version 2024.2 of LP360 support is enhanced for mobile mapping solutions, including cycle import and processing for the TV535, TV660, and TV680 models, a new colorization workflow using the Ladybug camera, advanced camera calibration options, support for multiple .pgr files, and the ability to export photospheres to LP360 Cloud. NEW: Continued Improvements to LP360 GUI:
LP360 v2024.2 further enhances its GUI with the addition of an immersive 3D Viewer, new tools for classifying points within a polygon, a default language selection in global project settings, and improved visibility and usability of vertical exaggeration controls in both the 3D Viewer and Profile toolbars, making data processing more intuitive and accessible.
NEW: Updated support for the latest ASPRS Digital Accuracy Reporting Standards.
LP360 v2024.2 updates its support for the latest ASPRS Digital Accuracy Reporting Standards by enhancing the Control Report features, including the ability to assign and manually edit accuracy for each control point, and updating the Control Points summary and ASCII reports to align with new ASPRS requirements, ensuring precise geospatial data handling.
