- Then select a point in the map view to populate the viewer.
The images in the top section are the primary images and are the best matches for the selected point. Use the navigation buttons to set the display options and zoom in and out.
The images on the bottom are the overview images and are the next closest matches.
Use the Image Explorer Settings to change the parameters for the display or for how the match is determined.
Conjugate Point 3D Tool
This tool is an experimental tool for extracting 3D points using imagery from a TrueView sensor. By clicking a feature point in both the left and right image, referred to as conjugate or homologous points, and using photogrammetric math, the 3D location is computed. The 3D point is represented as crosshairs in the images. The bottom of the display contains a readout that provides the 3D location.
How to Use the Conjugate point 3D Tool
-
-
Press the Measure Object Space tool.
-
Left click the desired point in the left image.
-
Left click the conjugate (matching feature point) in the right image.
-
Observe the 3D location in the readout section.
-
The 3D point is reprojected to the left and right image and indicated by cross-hairs.
