Requires an LP360 Viewer or higher license.
The Move Selected File(s) to Layer command is available via the right-click menu of the LAS Files tab of the Table of Contents. This command allows users to move one or more LAS files from one LAS layer to another. A new destination layer can be created when using this command.

Destination Layer allows user to move selected LAS files to a newly created layer or onto an existing layer.
Destination LAS Layer Permission sets the permissions for the files on the destination layer. If other LAS files exist on the Layer prior to moving the selected files, all permissions will be set to the selected permissions.
How to Use the Move Selected Files to Layer Command
- In the LAS Files tab of the Table of Contents, select the LAS file(s) that will be moved.

- Right-click over one of the selected files and select Move Selected File(s) to Layer

- This opens the Move Las Files to Layer dialog. Select the destination layer for the las layers. and set permissions for the files on the destination layer.

Note: No files are physically moved when using this command, they remain in their original directory location.
