White Box in upper right corner of Map View

Problem: When using a machine with NVIDIA Quadro K420 disply cards, LP360's Map view can fail to display any information and can show a white cross-hair and box.

Probable Solution: Roll back to 4.5.0 NVIDIA 369.39 Display Driver
