Unable to display features in the profile or 3D view

Problem:

When using the LP360 for ArcMap extension, the user cannot display features in the profile or 3D view.

Probable Solution #1:

Verify the spatial reference system (SRS), both horizontal and vertical, defined for the shapefile feature are correct and complete in reference to the point cloud. In order to display the feature properly, the feature and point cloud SRS must match exactly. This issue often occurs when the shapefile vertical component is not defined.

Probable Solution #2:

The active LAS layer does not have a valid SRS set. To check this, open the LAS_Layer properties and verify if the "Current Coordinate System" says "Unknown" or a real SRS. If it is blank, then select Clear, and Apply. Select or Import the correct SRS and click OK.
