TVGO Neo - ERROR_NOVEHICLEPERMISSION

📌 Problem

Users may encounter the error ERROR_NOVEHICLEPERMISSION when attempting to process a TVGO Neo dataset using the SLAM Processing workflow in LP360.

🔍 Cause

This error is typically related to a missing or invalid authorization associated with the TVGO Neo device. The system is unable to validate the device permissions required for SLAM processing.

✅ Probable Resolution

1. Power on the TVGO Neo tablet.
2. Connect the tablet to a Wi-Fi network.
3. Open Settings on the TVGO Neo device.
4. Locate the Authorization section.
5. Verify that the authorization process completes successfully.

During this step, the device should communicate with the licensing server and validate its authorization status.

⚠️ LP360 Version

TVGO Neo datasets should be processed using these software versions, at a minimum:

• LP360 v2026.1.170.3
• Sensor Extension (SE) v2026.2.3.0

Additional Notes

If the authorization check does not complete successfully:

• Confirm the tablet has internet access.
• Repeat the authorization check after reconnecting to Wi-Fi.
• TVGO Neo datasets should be processed using LP360 v2026.1.170.3 and Sensor Extension v2026.2.3, at a minimum.
