Requires an LP360 Online account and available in all license levels of LP360 desktop.
The Download from Support tool on the Support Tab of the ribbon allows users to retrieve files uploaded by Support to their LP360 Cloud. This download tool is more efficient and easier to monitor the status using the Job Manager
than downloading in a browser, and grants access for users
How to Download from Support
- Selecting Download from Support
will open the Browse LP360 Cloud Layers dialog with the Support folder selected, and the available Cloud Layers displayed.
- Select the Cloud Layer(s) you wish to download and press the "Download" button at the bottom of the window.
- After selecting "Download", a second window will open to specify the target folder location where you want the selected file(s) to be downloaded.
- Use the series of dropdown lists to navigate to the desired location and select "OK". You can also create a new folder here if you wish to create a separate download location.
- A transfer job (XFR) will be created in the Job Manager
, where the progression and status of the download can be monitored.
