Problem:
When attempting to open the Import Wizard dialog, the user encounters the "No Frames available" or "No Ellipsoids available" error message seen below. This error can occur as a result of restricted permission to specific files/folders on the machine.
Probable Resolution #1
To resolve this issue, check with your IT Department to ensure all exceptions are implemented on the machine. The necessary antivirus exceptions can be found on the Antivirus Exceptions for LP360 and POSPac page.
