Problem:
In LP360 Drone, while working with a subscription license, the user encounters a warning message stating, "LP360 License server".
"After three unsuccessful attempts to reconnect to the license server, this instance of LP360 has been downgraded to Viewer mode. LP360 will keep trying to reconnect license server. On successful reconnect, it will be upgraded back to original license"

This warning indicates that LP360 cannot communicate with LP360 server therephore, It cannot validate if the license is in use or not. This error can happen if the user loses the internet connection.
Probable Resolution #1:
Check your internet, not having internet will deny you the access to the floating license.
If your machine goes to sleep/hibernate the license will be automatically returned, and this message can appear.
Probable Resolution #2:
If you have internet and still LP360 is not able to communicate with our server, then there is something blocking LP360. Check the antivirus and firewall and set up the proper exceptions.
Probable Resolution #3:
An alternative solution is to roam the license, this way LP360 does not need to communicate with our server for a period of time.
Warning: a roamed perpetual license cannot be recovered in the event of a machine failure or other occurrence leading to a lost license.
