Found on the Cloud Ribbon within LP360.

This tool allows for uploads directly from a project open within LP360 or from a folder location within the Windows Explorer. 

Note: You must be signed into LP360 Online in the Sign In dialog found in the top right-hand corner of LP360 to use this feature.
