Problem:

While trying to process TrueView GO 116S or 132S data in LP360, you may encounter an error while importing the data:

Error Importing Flight: Missing utm_origin_pose.txt file from SLAM_DATA folder

The error is related to missing files in the SLAM_DATA folder. This can happen when:

1. The device is manually shut down from the device (not using the tablet)
2. The device is shut down because of low battery.

This error means that some files were not generated since the proper wind down process was not performed.

Probable Resolution #1:

Process the dataset in PPK or SLAM mode. The only mode affected by this error is RTK, just selecting another processing mode will avoid the issue.

Probable Resolution #2:

Repeat the data collection, in this case make sure to have enough battery to perform the project.

Probable Resolution #3:

Contact with support, in some cases it is possible to recover the origin RTK files.
