How to Display Breaklines in the 3D Viewer

A user can toggle on/off breakline enforcement in the 3D Viewer view with one click by pressing the 'Use Breaklines Enforcement' button . For example, this would be useful if a user wanted to build the 3D TIN surface based on the enforced breaklines. The user has to have already navigated to the Breaklines Enforcement tab in LAS Layer Properties to set up the use of breaklines.
